Quick update..
Since people keep asking i thought I'd give a quick update.
After our long visit to the fracture clinic we managed(i say managed because we fough for more pain meds with both the docs and the pharmacist - nothing is, or ever will be straightforward with our son) to get some better painkillers (which Daniel hates by the way!) "diahydrocodine" 7mg for those needing to know! They seem to be doing the job although the pain is still evident when the pain killers wear off. He appears to be OK doing regular things like watching TV or just walking outside but its the using the toilet, getting into his car seat and things where his shoulder moves that sends him screaming....he has on numerous occasions said to both Michael and I "please dont hurt me mummy/daddy" and that just breaks our hearts, mostly when he is getting dressed/undressed. So the battle continues, the main aim being....be better or at least pain free by next Friday (holiday's!! woohoo).
Please keep in your thoughts and prayers (for those who do) a friend of mine who just lost her 3 year old to the disease that consumes our lives "Biliary Atresia".
Much love xx
