Good progress on the weight front!

Took Daniel to get weighed today, the last time he was weighed was 5 weeks ago just pre-christmas, he was 20lbs 10oz today he had gained 25oz and weighed 22lbs 3oz so i was made up! As was the health visitor in clinic who now reports he has moved up on the growth chart to above the 9th centile which is huge progress for him and his battle with the weight gain thing. The health visitor was made up to see him laughing, joking, running around and saying all kinds of things, she hasnt seen him for a few months and asked what i had been feeding him! She commented on what a good colour he was and how amazed she was at how well he was! I felt a whole lot better when i came away from the clinic today and for just a split second felt "normal". Here she goes again, with the "normal" thing, but i did. My son is a true inspiration to everyone and today I made a discovery. He has something special, he can make anyone smile, he is here for a reason and here to stay. Gods knows we love him so much. My heart aches even just to watch him sleep. Children are so precious and my children are no exception. I have promised myself that i will remember that each day and thank God for them.
