Our Holiday!!! (Salou)
I could go on for hours about what a good time we had, how good the weather was and how the kids loved the sun, sea and sand but instead I think i will let some photos do the talking.....this will please the majority of readers im thinking?! "PortAventura" was particularly good 2 days full of Rides, shows and a waterpark we definatly reccomend a trip their for sure!
Anyway as i said i will let the photos do the talking but let it be said we had a FAB holiday and now we are home and its back to reality......
Daniels next appointment is in Leeds, St James on 11th June so hopefully things will be OK, just have to wait and see for now...One thing i will be mentioning is Daniels appetiate appears to have diminshed somewhat and being in spain for a week with "spanish" food didnt help matters Im thinking i will have to bring this up with the dietician. On the other hand Daniels itching whilst in Spain was very very little , must be something in the sun that helped and although he was tired from all the sun he didnt itch even in his sleep - maybe moving to spain is on the cards?!

The reduced itching is interesting. I didn't know sun could help with itching coming from bile salts, but wouldn't it be great it if did work regularly for the kids (thinking fake-sun...)?

Hi Liz,
Sunshine stimulates the skin to produce vitamin D which, as you know, is one of the vitamins our liver children can have trouble abosorbing. Perhaps it's just a coincidence, but it's an interesting one!
