coming home....

Well today is a good day, Daniel is allowed to come home for a few hours....this is extra exciting because up until yesterday we didnt even know it was a possibility!! Doctors say he is coping with his treatment SO WELL! He amazes everyone all the time...."unique" is one word the doctor used he even said if we got on ok this weekend there may be more visits home! Originally we where told there was no way we where getting out for months but Daniel has proven he is yet again a "one off".
H has finished the intensive part of his chemo - so far so good, some nausea and Diahorrea oh and no appetite.... :( but otherwise is doing good, he now has a tube in his belly so he can be fed overnight so as not to loose weight (michael and I will both be trained in how to do this and care for his medical needs). He is still on Chemo till Monday but then its finished until round 2...he will need between 4 and 6 rounds. We know this is a long long road but today is a good day - i will take it.
