Update

So, we are back on the rollarcoaster. Dr Caswell came over today and spoke to me about the recent Bone marrow biopsy results, they show 10-11% Leukemic cells....not good. Doctor said it could of been partially due to the GCSF stimulation of cells but also the tiny amount they test can be innacurate - they tell me this NOW! So, here we are, the options slightly different than before as "no treatment" is NOT an option....the intensive treatment is being discussed between oncology and the liver team as this would more than likely lead to liver failure and therefore a new organ would be needed immediatly (which as all my liver family will tell you is not as straight forward as that). The thing leading to that eventuality would be to maintain his current state, with smaller, less intense doses of Chemo, until he was strong enough to go through more intensive chemo.
I wont lie, we are gutted. All the signals initially where that he would have his 4 rounds and it would all be over by now, but that is not the case and we arnt near the end as we thought we where. His Liver still continues to struggle and isnt showing any major signs of recovery...bili is now 55 and ALT and AST still 100 - ish.

On the plus side Daniel is happy, has energy and may even manage a few hours at school next week whilst options are being discussed. He has been playing outside and has even managed a little go on his bouncy castle. You would look at him and honestly not realise just what was happening inside his little body. We are worried.
