AUGUST already!

I cant actually believe its August already, although the blue sky today is an indication of that fact it actually is "summer!". August is a busy busy month for us, starting with Olivias 9th birthday tomorrow, its a time for reflection for me this time 9 years ago i was simply awaiting my new arrival not ever fully knowing what to expect....still learning.....still discovering.....what being a parent actually intails, and the fact that no-one can ever prepare you for that. The up's and the downs and the simple things in life that make life so worth living.
Today is a GOOD day i feel good, this month (after Olivias brithday) we have Mums birthday on Thursday, followed by my friends babys christening on Sunday, then Hugs & Hope day on the 19th, Daniels party on the 26th, his birthday on the 28th and James 1st birthday (and our anniversary) on the 30th! So August is, as i said busy for us. Lets just hope from now on, summer is just that "sun shining"...
Well, i better be off for now, we have a million kids in the garden (no change their then!) and are planning a small BBQ for Olivias birthday....
Finally HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEETHEART, you are and always will be my baby girl (even though you are 9 tomorrow!)
